Billings Public Schools and MealTime Online are pleased to announce that households are able to apply for Free or Reduced meal benefits online, from the privacy of your home or anywhere that you have Internet access.
Online applications will be accessed through our existing MealTime Online website, where parents can make secure credit and debit card deposits to student meal accounts. Parents who already use the online payment program or who already use the online application program can use their existing IDs and passwords to apply for meal benefits. New users can create an ID and password following the simple instructions on the site. There is no charge to apply for meal benefits online.
For your protection, all data transmitted is encrypted and authenticated every time you use the website. You can view and print out a copy of your meal benefits application for your records.
To fill out an application online, you will want to have the following information:
Name and Student ID Number for your children attending Billings Public Schools
Your child’s Student ID Number may be found on his / her report card
Food Stamp, TANF or FDPIR Case Number for participants in those programs
Wage, salary and pension income for income-based applications
Visit the Billings Public Schools website at http://www.billingsschools.org and click Quick Links, then click MealTime. Follow simple on-screen directions to set up your online profile, and add your students to the profile. Then follow the step-by-step instruction to complete and submit your meal benefits application.
